STEAM BOILER
ENTROPIE
ENTROPIE steam boilers are essentially the steel horizontal gas-pipe boilers with three-way pass of flue gases featuring furnace for the forced draft fuel combustion.

Series manufactured ENTROPIE steam boilers with the steam rate of 1 to 25 t/h, design pressure of 8, 12, 16 bar are intended for delivering saturated steam, which maximal temperature corresponds to a bubble- point of the operating pressure.

Depending on specific operating mode and a load, the boiler associated with a rotary chamber, sufficient surface of heat exchanger and some unique design solutions allows for achieving the higher energy efficiency, as follows:
• 92.7 %, without economizer;
• over 95 %, with economizer.

The boiler optional equipment includes an economizer and a superheater.
DEAERATOR
EDA
Deaerating module for the complete series EDA
is intended for the water deaerating, i. e. removal of oxygen and free CO2 off the water feed for steam boilers.

Without deaeration, corrosive gases dissolved in the water are released inside the steam generator and cause corrosion of metal parts.

Deaerator should be utilized as the last stage of the water treatment system for steam boilers. Deaerator is optionally equipped with all the associated piping.
EVAPORATOR RECUPERATOR
ECE
Recuperator is intended to utilize the vented steam energy of the atmosphere deaerator.

It also allows for reducing of water vapor emissions into the atmosphere while the vented steam energy can be utilized for heating of the influent water thus providing higher efficiency of the system as a whole and the lower consumption of heat energy for own boiler house.
SUPERHEATER
ESH
Steam superheater is intended for overheating the steam above the bubble-point.
Steam superheater is essentially a heat exchanger connected to the exhaust gas of the boiler second pass on the heating side and to the saturated steam on the side being heated.

Steam superheater is optionally equipped with a damper starter, which allows the boiler to operate both in the start-up mode under the lower load and the sustained operation mode.
Steam superheater comes equipped with automatic control system for steam boiler ENTROPIE.


ECONOMIZER
ECO-PLUS
Stand-alone carbon steel economizers shall be used as the tail surface for heating up steam boilers with maximal operating pressure of 16 bar and intended to heat up the feed water with flue gas offtake.

Utilization of economizer enhances the steam boiler efficiency up to 4 % with the same fuel consumption and also mitigates harmful emissions of flue gas.

Economizer is optionally equipped with a bypass line and a damper to control the flow
of flue gas allowing to direct flue gas away from heat-exchanging surfaces.
Standard version of the economizer is intended to utilize gaseous/diesel fuel.
Other fuels are optional.

COOLER BUBBLER

Cooler-bubbler is intended to cool down hot blowdown water of a single-boiler/multi-boiler unit.

The design enables to control temperature of the water drainage. This can be achieved both through the automatic system of ENTROPIE and locally installed thermostat.
Cooling is achieved through mixing of initial and cooling water.

Cooler bubbler EBR is offered with five sizes, to fit every steam boiler.


CONDENSATE COLLECTOR SYSTEM
EСD
Condensate collector system shall enable efficient and uninterrupted operation of the boiler condensate system. The system is intended to collect condensate, which is received from the steam consumers.

Use of the ENTROPIE condensate collection and return system allows to reduce both feed water consumption and energy consumption for heating up.

Optional delivery set includes a condensate pump module and automated control system for the incoming condensate.



SEPARATOR
ECP
Separators of uninterrupted and intermittent purging are intended to separate into steam and water of steam-water mixture generated by blowdown water of steam boilers, condensate of steam receivers and drainage of steam lines when pressure of the blowdown water reduces to the pressure inside separator, followed with further utilization of the water/steam heat.

Separator is a vertically installed cylinder vessel of welded design and consists of a case and the two elliptical heads. The upper elliptical head is connected to the case via a flange.

Fixed to the case bottom are the supports for mounting the separator on the foundation. There are also padeyes for strapping the separator during cargo-handling and installation activities.
AUTOMATED WATER SAMPLING MODULE

Uninterrupted and reliable operation of boilers greatly depends on the quality and timely control of the boiler water/feed water. Module-water analyzer by ENTROPIE enables constant measurement of the following parameters:
  • pH of water;
  • content of dissolved oxygen in the water;
  • electrical conductance of the water.
Module is equipped with integrated cooler to lower the sample temperature down to 20°С.

The module control system enables cyclic sampling at more than 4 different points under the preset schedule. The collected data are archived and may further be sent to the upper level via the digital communication protocol.




CHEMICAL WATER TREATMENT MODULE

Module is intended to support the water-chemical mode of boiler operation and to prevent boiler from scaling.
Module of chemical treatment is softening the initial water (deferrization is optional).

Instructions on the maximal admissible hardness of the boiler water are outlined in Operation Manual.
The modular design helps to quickly perform installation/disassembly of the system and greatly reduce the commissioning period.

Steam boiler house at the plant 16 t/h
Kazan, Republic of Tatarstan, Russia
Steam boiler house at the plant for the production of silicate bricks and concrete products in Kazan city. Was put into operation in the first quarter of 2017. the Project was implemented in cooperation with one of the leading partners LLC "Thermo Engineering" Naberezhnye Chelny city.

The main equipment of boiler room with a total capacity of 16 tons of steam/ hour, 2 MW:

- 2 PCs. of ENTROPIE boiler TT200, 1.2 MPa, 8 tons of steam/hour;
- 2 PCs. of ENTROPIE boiler TT100, 0.6 MPa, 1000 kW;
- Baltur burners (Italy) model TBG600 ME running on gas fuel;
- Baltur burners (Italy) model TBG 120 MC running on gas fuel.
Steam boiler house 50 t/h
Sterlitamak, Republic of Bashkortostan, Russia
Two stages of steam boiler houses equipped with ENTROPIE boilers TT200 were put into operation.
The first stage of 20 tons of steam per hour – 4pcs of ENTROPIE boilers TT200 with steam capacity of 5 t/h each, were put into operation in 2010.
The second stage of 30 tons of steam per hour – 3pcs of ENTROPIE boilers TT200 with steam capacity of 10 t/h each, were put into operation in 2012.

The main equipment of boiler rooms:
- The boilers are equipped with automatic system of all processes management and control;
- Shut-off and control valves;
- Oilon Gas burners.
